This is a traditional metal incense burner (Hyangwan) originally crafted in the 1970s and used in a Korean temple.

**Features:**

* **Design:** Features a rounded body with a wide upper rim and a stable base, characteristic of traditional Korean incense burners. Adorned with stylized mythical creature (Gwimyeon) decorations and rings on both sides of the body. The upper and lower sections are decorated with traditional geometric patterns, lending an antique and sophisticated atmosphere distinct from modern decorative items.

* Maximum Diameter (Top): Approximately 18.7 cm
* Height: Approximately 16.7 cm
* **History:** Bears the patina of use, with soot and signs of age remaining inside from incense burning, indicative of its authentic temple use.

1. 제품 설명

1) 국내 사찰에서 사용되었던 1970년대 제작의 금속제 향완입니다. 전체적으로 둥근 몸체에 넓은 상단 테두리와 받침을 갖춘 전통적인 향완 형태이며, 몸체 양쪽에는 귀면 형태의 장식과 고리가 달려 있습니다. 상단과 하단에는 전통적인 기하문양을 장식하여 단순한 현대 장식용품과는 다른 고풍스러운 분위기가 있습니다.

크기: 상단 최대 지름 약 18.7cm

높이: 약 16.7cm

2) 실제 사찰에서 사용된 물건으로 전해지는 만큼 내부에는 향 사용에 따른 그을음과 세월감이 남아 있습니다.

2. 주의 사항

1) 상단 부분이 한때 휘어진 상태였으나 최대한 원형에 가깝게 바로잡았습니다. 자세히 보면 미세한 변형이 느껴질 수 있습니다.

2) 하단부에 깨짐이 한 곳 있습니다. 사진을 반드시 확인해 주세요.

3) 녹색의 녹이 비치는 걸로 봐선 동이 들어간 합금으로 보이나 별도의 성분 분석은 하지 않아 정확히 알 수가 없습니다.
