* **Opened Product:** The parts and components shown in the photos are all included. From the seller's perspective, this is a good condition item unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the photos as individual perceptions may differ.
* The seller, being somewhat insensitive to minor details, may not identify typical scratches or flaws. Please inspect the photos carefully. Any confirmed flaws will be noted in the description. Minor, unconfirmed scratches or signs of use may be present.

* Opened and displayed items may show signs of use, minor scratches, loose joints, or the common issue with older figures (stickiness). Refunds are not possible for these issues due to the nature of used products.

* **Unsealed Product:** Flaws and manufacturing defects (공뎀) are not checked. Products with double tape/seals are considered unsealed (new) if the internal plastic remains unopened. Some prize figures are only packaged with bubble wrap, even when new.
* Additional authentication is not possible for unsealed or unused products.
* If you are curious about the internal condition of an unsealed product, you can request that the box be opened and the contents shipped separately.
* Refunds are not possible for unconfirmed flaws in unsealed products.

* **Gacha (Capsule, Shokugan):** Manufacturing defects or paint imperfections common to gacha items may be present and are not considered flaws by the manufacturer.
* For Shokugan (food toys), **DO NOT consume the included food items (candy, gum, etc.)**. These are often removed, but if shipped unsealed, they may be included.

**Shipping & Sales Policy:**

* This is a courier transaction, and shipping damage is acknowledged upon purchase ('파손면책 동의 간주'). The seller will do their best to package and ship items securely.
* If you are concerned about shipping damage, please include a video from the arrival of the package to unboxing. This allows for potential claims with the courier. Claims based solely on photos of damaged items without unboxing evidence cannot be resolved.
* Shipping to Jeju Island is not available.
* We recommend purchase only for those with a deep understanding of used goods.

**Box Condition:**

* Box condition is visible in the photos. Older products may have less pristine boxes.
* Due to purchasing primarily from Japanese physical stores rather than online shops, items may have barcode stickers from the store, minor dents from display, or damage/dents to the box incurred during transit back to Korea.
* No claims will be accepted regarding box condition.

* Due to the nature of used goods, refunds are not possible for simple changes of mind, minor scratches, manufacturing defects, paint imperfections, or loose joints characteristic of figures.
* Once payment is complete and packaging begins, refunds or cancellations are strictly prohibited. After packaging, the shipping label is affixed. Re-finding, removing, disposing of the box (with label), and discarding bubble wrap would result in significant material and time loss.
* Refunds are not possible due to the nature of used transactions.
