**Synopsis:**
Set in early 19th century Jeju Island (Tamra), this fusion historical drama depicts the love and adventure that unfolds between a pure-hearted female diver, an English young man who drifts ashore on Jeju, and a Joseon man harboring a secret.
The drama was praised for its exotic atmosphere and beautiful cinematography. Although its broadcast was shortened to 16 episodes due to low ratings during its initial run on MBC (August 8 - October 11, 2009), the Director's Cut DVD, including previously unreleased scenes, was later released, reaffirming the work's artistic merit.
Despite its initial scheduling challenges, this drama gained a dedicated following that led to the release of the complete Director's Cut DVD. It is highly recommended for those who haven't yet experienced this captivating story.

재미있는 드라마인데 당시 시청률 저조로 16부작으로 조기종영되었지만 후에 드라마 팬들로 인해 완결 감독판 DVD까지 출시된 드라마입니다!
