A vintage millimeter letterpress block set, once used in a US military hospital in the 1960s. This historical artifact, over 60 years old and no longer in use, includes all numbers (1-10), English letters (A-Z), and various symbols. It comes complete with an aluminum holder and a wooden mallet for typesetting.

Manufactured by HALSEY O-RAY PRODUCTS INC. and produced in Brooklyn, NY. While incomplete or rusted letterpress sets in their original steel cases occasionally appear on the antique market, a complete set like this is exceptionally rare and valuable.

The set shows signs of age and minor rust, consistent with its vintage status, but the locking mechanism on the steel case is fully functional. This piece holds significant historical and collectible value, especially for enthusiasts of military antiques.
