This is a vintage vanity crafted in the 1970s using the traditional Tongyeong mother-of-pearl inlay technique.
The front and top surface are meticulously decorated with mother-of-pearl inlays depicting auspicious motifs, primarily peacocks, cranes, and deer amidst floral designs. This exquisite inlay work extends to the drawers and storage compartments.
The large, arched mirror frame features a pair of peacocks flanking a lotus flower at the top, showcasing a high level of craftsmanship and completing the piece's overall artistry.
Includes a glass top for the vanity surface.
