* Domestic shipping (within Korea) via GS25/CU convenience store pickup (2,000 KRW) or standard courier (4,000 KRW).
* For Jeju Island and remote areas, shipping via GS25/CU convenience store pickup costs 3,800 KRW, and standard courier costs 6,600 KRW. Please notify us if you reside in these areas.
* Package dispatch will occur within 10 days.

## Issues with Delivery

* In case of any delivery issues, an unedited unboxing video showing the entire shipping label is required.
* If a package is returned due to non-receipt by the recipient, an additional payment of the basic shipping fee plus 1,000 KRW will be required for re-shipment.
