**Product Condition:**

Any confirmed significant defects will be disclosed. Refunds will not be issued for these conditions.

Some prize figures may only have bubble wrap packaging, even when new. Additional authentication for unopened items is not possible. If you wish to see the internal condition of an unopened item, please request that the box be opened and the contents shipped separately. Refunds will not be issued for undetected defects in unopened items.
* **Gachapon (Capsule, Shokugan):** Minor factory defects and paint inconsistencies are common with gachapon items and are not considered defects by manufacturers or the seller. For Shokugan (food toys), please do not consume the included candy or gum. If items are shipped unopened, the food items will be included.

**Shipping and Handling:**

* Transactions are conducted via delivery, and this is considered agreement to the 'broken item disclaimer'. The seller will make every effort to package items securely.
* If you are concerned about potential damage during transit, please record a video from the arrival of the shipping box through unboxing. This documentation can assist in resolving issues with the delivery company. Claims for damage without proper video evidence will not be processed.
* Shipping to Jeju Island is not available.

**Box Condition:**

* Box conditions are visible in the photos. Older products may have more significant wear on their boxes.
