Opened Item: The parts and components shown in the photos are all that is included. From the seller's perspective, it is in good condition unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the photos as individual perceptions may vary. The seller may not be able to identify common scratches and defects due to being less sensitive to them, so please check the photos. Any other confirmed defects will be noted in the description. There may be minor scratches or signs of use that the seller did not notice.

We recommend purchase for those who have a good understanding of used products. Even if it's not a defect (i.e., a defect that doesn't affect display), opened display items may have signs of use, minor scratches, looseness in joints, or the common issue of stickiness in older figures. Refunds are not possible for these issues due to the nature of used products. (Of course, any issues found during upload will be disclosed, but please understand that the seller may miss some.)

Unopened Item: Defects and factory errors are not checked. Items with double tape (double seal) are considered unopened (new) if the inner plastic is still sealed.
Some prize figures from certain companies may only be wrapped in bubble wrap (even when new).
Additional authentication is not possible for unopened and unused products. If you are curious about the condition of the inside of an unopened product, please request that the box be opened and the contents be sent separately.
Refunds due to defects not identified by the seller in unopened products are not possible.

Gacha (Capsule, Shokugan): Minor factory defects or paint inconsistencies are possible due to the nature of gacha toys and are not considered defects (they are not recognized as defects by the manufacturer).
For Shokugan (candy toys), the enclosed food items (candies, gums, etc.) are NEVER to be consumed. While often removed before shipping, they may be included if shipped in an unopened state.

Shipping is via parcel service, with the agreement of exemption from liability for damage during transit. The seller will do their best to ensure perfect packaging and shipping.
If you are concerned about damage, please attach a video of the unboxing process, starting from the condition of the parcel box upon arrival. Without any proof, sending only photos of damaged items will make it impossible to resolve the issue.

Shipping to Jeju Island is not possible.

Boxes are as shown in the photos. The older the product, the less likely the box is in good condition. Due to purchasing mainly from physical stores in Japan rather than online shops, there may be barcode stickers from store display, slight dents from display, or damage/dents to the box during return shipping. Claims regarding box condition will not be accepted.

If you are sensitive to such details, please purchase new products from official shops.

Due to the nature of used transactions, refunds are not possible for simple changes of mind, minor scratches, factory defects, paint inconsistencies, or joint looseness inherent to figures.

Once payment is completed, packaging begins. Absolutely no refunds or cancellations are possible after packaging is complete. The shipping label will be affixed, and due to the high volume of shipments, finding and removing the item, disposing of the box (with the label attached), and discarding the bubble wrap would result in significant material and time loss.

Refunds are not possible due to the nature of used transactions.
