This 2-CD set, recorded at the 1995 Total Music Meeting in Berlin, Germany, was released in 1998 by the legendary German Free Jazz label FMP. This monumental work, spanning approximately 2 hours and 37 minutes, showcases the highest level of mastery in Morris's signature Conduction technique.

**What is Conduction?**

Conduction is a novel musical language developed by Butch Morris, blurring the lines between improvisation and composition. It features musicians improvising in real-time based solely on hand gestures and conducting, without sheet music.

This album features 17 renowned European improvisers and contemporary musicians performing under Morris's direction, creating a cohesive and organic musical experience.
