2. Orders are accepted with the following details:
- Character Gender
- Outfit Style
- Personality
- Hobbies
- Favorite Things
Please understand that individual requests for poses, expressions, or props are difficult to accommodate. 🙏
3. The background will be designed to complement the character, referencing your provided hobbies and favorite things. 🤗
4. Refunds and exchanges are not possible after placing an order.
5. Production time takes approximately 3-4 days.
6. The finished artwork will be sent via email. We send it via email because lines and colors can become blurred if sent through instant messaging platforms.

- Character Gender / Outfit Style / Personality / Hobbies / Favorite Things / Desired Aspect Ratio Selection - 1:1 (1080x1080) or 9:16 (1080x1920)
※ An additional fee of ₩1,000 will apply if you want both aspect ratios.

Revisions Fee Guide
- Artwork Revision Fee: ₩500-₩1,000

6. 완성된 그림은 이메일로 보내드립니다.
