[BUNJANG] Jang Yong-gu and Jang Seok Gu Seo-chil 14-Panel Folding Screen / 병풍 단사 장용구와 장석 구서칠의 앞뒷면 14폭

This is a 14-panel folding screen featuring works by Dan-sa Jang Yong-gu and Jang Seok Gu Seo-chil. Dan-sa Jang Yong-gu, a judge for the National Art Exhibition multiple times and a judge for the Grand National Art Exhibition, created the front panels. Jang Seok Gu Seo-chil, who exhibited at the Sunjeon and served as the chief judge for the National Art Exhibition, created the back panels.

**Front Panels (Dan-sa Jang Yong-gu):** Depicts pine trees with cranes (Songhakdo), plum blossoms, magnolias, peonies, roses, chrysanthemums, geese (Noando), and deer (Ssangnokdo).

**Back Panels (Jang Seok Gu Seo-chil):** Features several aphorisms and teachings:

* `忠孝享無窮 (Chunghyo hyang mugung)`
`寶貨用有盡 (Bohwa yong yujin)`
*Translation: Loyalty and filial piety can be enjoyed infinitely, while treasures and goods are finite when used.*

* `堂上千年壽 (Dangsang cheonnyeonsu)`
`膝下萬世榮 (Seulha manseyeong)`
*Translation: May elders at home have longevity for a thousand years, and may descendants under your care flourish for generations.*

* `家和萬事成 (Gahwa mansaseong)`
`子孝雙親樂 (Jahyo ssangchinrak)`
*Translation: When the family is harmonious, all things will prosper. When children are filial, parents will find joy.*

* `一勤無難事 (Ilgeun munan-si)`
`百忍有泰和 (Baegin yutaehwa)`
*Translation: With consistent diligence, no task is difficult. With a hundred acts of patience, great peace can be achieved.*

* `花有重開日 (Hwa-yu junggae-il)`
`人無更少年 (Inmu gyeongsosyeon)`
*Translation: Flowers may bloom again, but a person cannot become young again.*

* `勤爲無價寶 (Geunwi mujagabo)`
`愼是護身符 (Sin-si hosinbu)`
*Translation: Diligence is a priceless treasure, and prudence is a talisman to protect oneself.*

국전에서 수차례 입·특선하고 대한민국미술대전 심사위원을 지낸 단사 장용구(丹史 張龍九), 선전에서 입선한 후 국전 심사위원장을 지낸 장석 구서칠(丈石 具書七)의 작품입니다.

병풍 크기 170cm*42cm이며 작품성 좋습니다.
잎면에 단사 장용구의 소나무(송학도), 매화, 목련, 목단, 장미, 국화, 기러기(노안도), 사슴(쌍록도) 등이 그려 있으며,
뒷면에는 장석 구서칠의 여러 교훈적인 글이 쓰여 있습니다.

집안이 화목하면 모든 일이 잘 이루어지고,
자식이 효도하면 부모가 즐거워한다

一勤無難事(일근무난사)
百忍有泰和(백인유태화)
한결같이 부지런하면 어려운 일이 없고,
백 번 참으면 큰 평화가 있다"
