It is believed to be a handwritten Declaration of Independence by Elder Kim Kook-jin, who was active in the March 1st Manse Movement at his church during that time.
While the exact circumstances of its creation are unknown (whether written during the event itself or shortly after), it is strongly suggested that this was personally penned by Elder Kim Kook-jin during the March 1st Manse Movement era. It is thought that he wrote this immediately after witnessing the Declaration of Independence announced during the movement, possibly to clearly signify his participation. His seal was also applied, further solidifying his involvement.
Elder Kim Kook-jin was a significant figure in Korean church history, making this autographed Declaration of Independence a valuable piece for church history archives or materials related to the March 1st Movement.
This document would be an excellent display item for church museums or exhibitions focused on the March 1st Movement.

옛날 일제 강점기 3.1운동 독립선언서입니다 3,1운동 당시 교회에서 3.1만세 운동을 하였던 것으로 알려진 김국진 장로가 아마도 그 당시 친필로 쓴 것으로 여겨지는 독립선언서입니다.
그때 당시 같이 자리에서 있으면서 글을 쓴 것인지 그 이후에 쓴 것인지 정확하게는 알 수 없지만 직접 친필로 3,1 만세운동 당시 운동 그 시절에 쓴 것으로 여겨집니다
만세 운동 당시 발표된 독립선언서를 보고 곧바로 쓴 것이 아닌가 생각이 듭니다 김국진 장로 가 자신도 독립선언서에 동참하였음을 명확하게 밝히기 위해 낙관까지 찍었던 것으로 여겨집니다
한국 교회사적으로 많은 영향력을 끼쳤던 김국진 장로 친필 독립선언서 만세 운동 자료나 교회 자료로 중요한 것일 수 있을 것 같습니다
교회 박물관이나 삼일 운동 자료 전시용으로 아주 좋을 것 같습니다. 전시 자료로 활용해도 좋을 것 같습니다.
