This is the first live album by Mariya Takeuchi, featuring recordings from her live performances held in July 2000 at the Nippon Budokan and Osaka-jo Hall, commemorating the 30th anniversary of FM Tokyo and FM Osaka. This marked her first live concert in 18 years since 1982. As of 2017, it is the only album containing live audio from her entire discography.

Showcasing high-quality performances powered by accomplished musicians including Tatsuro Yamashita, this work is a joyful record of Takeuchi's performances across Japan, packed with masterful vocals and songs.

The limited edition comes in a special box case with a booklet.

2000년 FM 도쿄와 FM 오사카 개국 30주년을 기념해 일본 무도관(7월11일, 7월12일) 및 오사카성 홀(7월31일)에서 개최된 라이브 상황을 수록한 첫 라이브 앨범.
타케우치에게는 1982년 이후 18년 만의 라이브 공연이 되었다. 2017년 현재, 타케우치 마리야의 전 작품에서 유일한 라이브 음원을 수록한 앨범이다.
야마시타 타츠로를 비롯한 굉장한 실력의 뮤지션에 힘입어 높은 퀄리티를 자랑하는 퍼포먼스를 선보였다.
