This is a Pleats Please turtleneck long sleeve top from the 80s by Issey Miyake, a legendary Japanese designer. It's made using Issey Miyake's unique "Garment Pleats" technique, where the fabric is cut and sewn first, then pleated using a machine.

This top is lightweight, stretchy, wrinkle-resistant, and easy to care for compared to other pleated products. It features a black color with a subtle sheen and a high-neck (turtleneck) design that softly wraps the neck.

It has a drop-shoulder and relaxed armhole line for a comfortable, elegant drape. The vertical pleats visually slim the figure.

In excellent condition with minimal wear. Recommended for women's sizes up to L (slim), considering its elasticity.
