Please note that due to the nature of gacha figures, minor factory defects ( 공뎀 ) may be present. We kindly ask for your understanding that exchanges or refunds will not be possible after purchase.

The included items are exactly as shown in the photos. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

For all package deliveries, we will ensure careful packaging upon payment. By proceeding with the payment, you agree to the terms of 'damage waiver' (파손면책), and therefore, compensation for damage incurred during the shipping process will be difficult.

Generally, standard shipping fees will apply for regular and "half-price" parcel services (반값 택배). However, for larger orders or if the gacha figures have significant weight, the shipping costs may be adjusted slightly. Please consider this when purchasing. For bulk orders, shipping fees can be negotiated.
