As this is a private transaction, exchanges or refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible.

Due to the nature of gacha and figure products, minor paint defects, factory damage (factory defects), or finishing flaws that occur during the manufacturing process are not recognized as product defects, and refunds for these reasons are not possible.

Please refer to the attached photos of the actual item being shipped for the condition of the package (box, vinyl, capsule, etc.). Those sensitive to package condition are advised to refrain from purchasing.

Returns are not possible except for clear product defects such as obvious breakage.

To certify product defects, an 'initial unboxing video' filmed immediately after receiving the product is absolutely required. (Only videos filmed in one take without cuts, showing the shipping invoice, will be recognized.)
