This exquisite tea set is a testament to the artistry of master ceramicist Seo Seon-gil.

**About the Artist:**

Master Seo Seon-gil began his ceramic journey in the 1970s, working alongside Master Cheon Han-bong at the Mungyeong Pottery. He later established his own studio, Joryeong Pottery, becoming a prominent figure among the first generation of Korean ceramic artists. Master Seo is renowned for his unique techniques and highly original creations, reflecting his dedication and passion for his craft.

This particular piece is an early work by Master Seo Seon-gil, featuring a 'Buncheong' (stoneware with white slip) glaze decorated with a 'Mokryun' (magnolia) motif. The 5-person tea set is marked with the distinctive character '仙' (Seon).
