**Copyright & Usage Policy**

- The copyright of all completed works belongs to the artist (Kanggeurin).
- The client may use the artwork only within the scope agreed upon beforehand (e.g., personal collection, profile picture usage).
- For commercial use, merchandise production, profit-generating purposes (YouTube/streaming, etc.), secondary processing, or copyright transfer, please contact me separately before commissioning.

**Portfolio & SNS Upload**

- Completed works may be uploaded to the artist's personal portfolio and social media (X, Pixiv, Instagram, etc.) as samples or for promotional purposes.
- If you wish for the work to be kept private or released after a specific date, please inform me before commissioning.

**File Specifications**

- Size: Default 3500x3500px (File size can be reduced after completion).
- Resolution: 300dpi / File Format: PNG

**Refund Policy**

- Before work commencement: 100% refund.
- Sketch confirmation stage: 50% refund.
- After the color sketch and coloring stages: No refunds.
(※ In case the artist exceeds the promised deadline due to personal reasons, a 100% refund will be provided.)

**Work Process & Timeline**

- If there is a backlog of work, I will inform you via DM.
- Process: Application & Form Confirmation ➡️ Deposit Confirmation ➡️ Sketch Stage (Confirmation) ➡️ Color Sketch ➡️ Coloring & Completion ➡️ Final Delivery (Email).
- Confirmation rounds: Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. After coloring begins, only minor color adjustments are possible.
- Deposit deadline: Applications will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not confirmed within 24 hours of notification.
- Work duration: Minimum 1 day ~ Maximum 3 days from the deposit confirmation and artist's work start notification date.
(If an extension is necessary due to unavoidable personal circumstances, I will provide advance notice before the deadline.)

📌 저작권 및 사용 안내

- 완성된 작업물의 저작권은 작가(강그린)에게 있습니다.

- 신청자분은 사전에 협의된 범위(개인 소장, 프로필 지정 등) 내에서만 사용하실 수 있습니다.

- 상업적 이용, 굿즈 제작, 수익 창출 목적(유튜브/방송용 등), 2차 가공, 저작권 양도 등은 반드시 신청 전에 별도로 문의해 주세요.



📌 포트폴리오 및 SNS 업로드

- 완성된 작업물은 작가의 개인 포트폴리오 및 SNS(X, Pixiv, Instagram 등)에 샘플 또는 홍보용으로 업로드될 수 있습니다.

- 비공개 요청 또는 특정 날짜 이후 공개를 원하실 경우, 신청 전에 미리 말씀해 주세요.



📌 파일 기본 규격

- 크기: 기본 3500x3500px, (작업 이후 파일 용량 줄이기 가능)

- 해상도: 300dpi / 파일 형식: PNG



📌 환불 규정

- 작업 시작 전: 100% 환불

- 러프 컨펌 단계: 50% 환불

- 컬러 러프 및 채색 단계 진행 이후: 환불 불가

(※ 작가 사정으로 약속된 마감 기한을 넘겼을 경우 100% 환불해 드립니다.)



📌 작업 안내 및 기간

- 선행 작업이 밀려있을 경우, DM 문의를 통해서 안내해드리겠습니다.

- 진행 순서: 신청 및 양식 확인 ➡️ 입금 확인 ➡️ 러프 단계(컨펌) ➡️ 컬러 러프 ➡️ 채색 및 완성 ➡️ 최종 전달(이메일)

- 컨펌 횟수: 러프 단계에서 최대 3회까지 수정 가능합니다. 채색 진행 이후에는 단순 색감 조정만 가능합니다.

- 입금 기한: 안내 후 24시간 이내에 입금이 확인되지 않으면 신청은 자동 취소됩니다.

- 작업 기간: 입금 확인 및 작가의 작업 시작 고지일 기준 최소 1일 ~ 최대 3일 소요됩니다.

(불가피한 개인 사정으로 기간 연장이 필요할 경우, 마감일 전에 미리 안내를 드립니다.)
